Hello friends,

Merry Christmas! I pray you are having a blessed holiday season. The Inflatable Nativity program has been exciting this year as I’ve had opportunities to share for incredible communities in Georgia and Florida. I was excited to finish off my planned bookings in Orlando this Sunday, though there’s still time for last-minute events.

If you requested a Christmas ornament, then it should have arrived by now. I do have some extras that I would be happy to share. If you will be at CPC 2025 next month, I can plan to bring you one.

The kids were a blast at Calvario City Church in Orlando, but what really amazed me was the enthusiasm and chemistry among the volunteers. After the program the volunteers spent time singing and celebrating the program, and they were still going strong when I needed to leave. What a community!

Major Changes Ahead

Today I need to let you know about a major change coming in the Inflatable Stories world. Reach Your City, the booking agency I have long worked with is ceasing operations the end of this month.

I first encountered Reach Your City around two decades ago while I was in full-time youth ministry, and I was always impressed with the quality of artists they worked with and the high caliber of service they provided. When Gresham approached me around 2008 to see if I might be interested in working with him, I was flattered but knew my call for the moment was still full-time youth ministry. Fortunately, God’s plans are long-term, and I was able to reconnect a decade later when I felt led to begin Inflatable Stories. Reach Your City was integral for me in this transition, and I don’t believe I could have successfully set out on this new path without the people who have faithfully ministered by helping artists and churches connect over these years.

I particularly want to thank Annie Cunningham, Angela Thompson, and Maddie Warmath. Over the past few years, these three women have been at the heart of RYC and helping artists connect. These innovative and dedicated women are a credit to Christian booking agencies.

Returning to West Pitman for the second time in 2024 was special. Their church family is vibrant and engaged with the balloons. Such a fun time sharing the Nativity Story!

Most importantly, you may be asking, what does this mean for “Inflatable Stories”?

If you already have a booking scheduled, then we are in great shape. Our agreement is in place, and I will be your main contact through your event, just as I usually would. The only difference will be that Reach Your City will not be available. But I’ve got you covered, and I’m still enthusiastically planning for our time together!

If you are looking to bring Inflatable Stories to your church or organization feel free to reach out to me directly at  inflatablestories.com or via email at [email protected]m.

Moving forward, I will be figuring out what the new process looks like, and I may be restructuring a few things. Please pray for Inflatable Stories in the days ahead as I consider what the future might look like. I’m optimistic that this major change can become a blessing that opens new doors and inspires new possibilities.

In Christ,

Dr. Dan
