I hope you and your church family are off to a great start in 2022. The last few years have been tough, and this year will undoubtedly have its own challenges. But we know our God is plenty big for anything we may face!
Inflatable Stories finished 2021 with a delightful opportunity to bring the nativity story to Pacific Coast Church in San Clemente, CA. I love opportunities to bring the story of Jesus birth to life, and their church family was such a gracious and enjoyable community to share with. This was a particularly special booking because it was originally scheduled for Easter of 2020. During those shocking early months of the pandemic, this was one of the first Inflatable Stories programs we had to postpone. We spent nearly two years trying to find a date when we could finally come together, so finally having that opportunity felt important. We all know the pandemic struggles are still real, but for me this program felt like a symbolic reminder that we are far closer to the end of this challenge than the beginning.
Please be in prayer for Inflatable Stories in the coming year. I am sharing at a wonderful church in Mayfield, KY this weekend, an area of the country was devastated by severe weather late last year. I’ve been to this church once before and I’m really hoping Inflatable Stories can bring some joy and provide a fun, relaxing, and inspirational evening to a community that has been through a lot. Each opportunity to share matters, but I feel like this one is especially important.
